I found Trixmedia thru Google and spoke to Hirbod regarding my issues with my former programmer and how my website encountered problems every single day. I had interviewed several programmers prior to proceeding with re-creating my website because I was traumatized by the last programmer I hired. To cut the story short, I can't express the gratefulness and satisfaction with the services that this company provided me. Every little detail was explained well, what the issues were and what needed to be done and they acted on it so fact, like in minutes! Even very late at night when we were testing the site, they would contact me to make sure that everything was working properly and to my satisfaction. Now that's what you call GREAT customer service!!! I would highly recommended Trixmedia to my friends and family!!!!!
