Elder abuse and rudeness run rampant in this park. Managers who started 3 years ago have brought a lot of pain in the form of stress, fear and anger amongst tenants/owners. No one likes to be yelled at or receive threats posted to their homes on a continuous cycle. No courtesy's, kindness or help from this team. Not sorry we moved here....just concentrating on getting rid of this team. WE NEED NEW MANAGERS .......these two have let the care of this park drop a lot! Pond is scuzzy from 3 years of 'no care', fences are broken down, grassy areas are now just dirt, water lines are broken, picnic benches are falling apart, railings over water ways are loose, pool is a disaster and the green spa just doesnt' make one want to jump in and enjoy! Wish I could brag about how lovely it is here....but that just ain't so!

Two things; high space rent and dreadful management. Park managers would be a better fit at Redding Village Mobile Home Park or even the homeless encampment behind the Shell station. They are useless and very rude. These two spend so much time spying and harassing rather than creating new activities or checking on those who are alone & homebound. Rent is nearly $700 a month and climbing. My friends and others who reside at the park are very unhappy under the new regime. Several homes are for sale. What makes these circumstances unfortunate is that the park has beautiful, natural scenery. Aesthetically, its wonderful. The management and space rent ruins it.

Great quiet, beautiful place to live. The grounds are beautiful, pool, pond, walking trail, nature. People are very friendly; its a wonderful community live in. All aspects; the management, grounds, people all are great! A wonderful place to live!
