Had a big problem with phone/PC connection for a long time. Took a very patient rep at USCELL in Appomattox a good while to get things going as should today but she didn't give up or try to rush me out, but treated me as if my business was very important to her. I have dealt with this site for several years and they all treat me the same way. I recommend them to anyone with a cell phone.

My mother has your service and it is horrible. It is expensive and half the time it doesn't work. When my mom calls in they say it's her computer. I work for a large cable company and you do not tell paying customers that it's their equipment. You get off your butt and come and check the lines. Your customer service people pass the buck and they are inconsiderate of paying customers.
