The agents at this store are unmotivated and unprofessional. When I went to order my Galaxy S10+ and move my service over from Sprint, I called this store and they told me not to bother coming in since I could do all of it online myself. So I went to the Hannibal location and got help from a wonderful young man at that location. Then when I got my phone in the mail and was ready to switch my service (I preordered) I went in again and they told me they couldn't assist me in setting up my phone and I would have to do it in Hannibal. I wound up calling their telesales (who by the way are a superb customer service team, truly above par) and telesales got me all taken care of over the phone. They just didn't want to help me. They couldn't be bothered. Terrible customer service. Terrible experience.

Do not use this company for your internet provider. They are unaware of Exede programs and correct areas for the different packages. Employees give wrong information and then refer you to Exede to figure it out. This will end up costing allot aggravation and money with Exede, who could care less and is a horrible internet provider and company in general to do business with.
