Artur and Derek are some of the most exceptional young employees I have ever encountered. Not only is their professionalism exemplary, but their hard work puts other corporate store employees' attitudes to shame when compared. I cannot wait to go back for my next phone.

We were in last month to purchase a prepaid phone for our daughter. The sign stated that the phone would be free after a $75 prepaid card. When we inquired about it we were told that was not the case. We pointed out that it was on the sign and told that promotion had ended. They had to get the phone from another store so we left for a few hours and came back. When we came back, they had blacked out the promotion on the sign. I asked again about it when we were paying and was told there was nothing they could do about the prepaid card. I asked to credit the price of the phone or credit my existing account. I was told by the manager on duty neither were possible. Other stores we shop at gladly honor advertised prices even if they offer is no longer available but they didn’t remove the sign. In my opinion this is false advertising and very poor customer service. I do not plan to return to this store.

Finally, I got an agent who could fix my cell phone. In 10 minutes Tommy, a sales representative found myProblem and showed me the source of the problem. I had been to this store once before and three other times to the U.S.Cellular store in Brookfield. No one could solve my problem. I spent time on the phone with agents trying to reset my phone...all to no avail. So today I went to the New Berlin Store again with one of my old phones so I could transfer data to a different phone. Tommy looked at my phone and in 10 minutes removed a third party app which was causing the problem....Bravo, Tommy! I will definitely look for Tommy if I have any other questions.Anne Pierce
