I do not recommend this place at all. I initially stopped by because of the reviews compared to Best Buy, big mistake. I stopped in Saturday to have a diagnostic done on an older laptop it was quoted at $79.99, told it will be ready Sunday and they will call me. I ended up calling Sunday and they never even started working on it at that time. I received a call Monday morning but I missed and was left a voicemail by Jeremiah telling me he gave me the wrong price and the total would be $129 since I wanted It wiped clean. They should have honored the price they told me initially. Not to mention my laptop wasn't ready the next day like they said it would be so that was 2 strikes against them. Lastly, you all should not have someone working the front of the store if they are inexperienced. The manager should have honored the initial price but they didn't. I will never return to do any business here. My suggestion go to Best Buy instead!

Had a cracked glass back on an HTC U11 Phone. I first took it to another company that does smart phone repairs and they said they could not work on that particular phone and referred me to CPR, which I had not heard of prior to that time. CPR looked at it, determined the part needed to fix it and ordered it directly from China. At that time they stated that it would be almost a month to get it. The part came in exactly when they promised. I left the phone with CPR for a couple of hours and picked it up with what appeared to be a perfect repair with the color matching the original part perfectly. I have traveled with it and it has performed flawlessly. The price was very reasonable and if I should ever need a repair on that phone or any other I will surely visit CPR.

Edit: I’m taking my business elsewhere. I’ve brought cell phones and computers to them for diagnostic and repair services several times over the past few months, and I am not impressed. My computer’s hard drive died on me, and I work from home. I brought my tower to CPR, and they said they would have a diagnosis by the end of the day. By the third day, they still hadn’t touched it. Their teenage employees are doing what they can with the minimal training and supervision they are given, but I can’t trust major issues with CPR. Maybe they can fix a cracked screen. But anything else will be a waste of time.

I have to give these folks a serious plug. I dropped and broke my phone. 3 months old. We thought it was just the screen, so i took it to CPR. I picked it up after the repair and it only worked long enough to get out of the parking lot...so why am I a fan?I went back, pretty upset. The owner himself called me to try to make it right. Bottom line? Even though I wasn't the most pleasant person through the whole ordeal, these folks went WAY out of their way to try and help me...particularly AFTER they discovered the issue wasn't fixable. They could have just said, "Gee whiz, sorry for your luck."...but they didn't.I had actually fractured the motherboard in my phone. It wasn't economical to repair, but these folks tried 8 ways from Sunday to fix it for me. They even downloaded data for me. They called me regularly to advise me on progress.This level of customer service is something you RARELY see any more. Without going in to loads of detail, CPR has definitely earned my business.
