Very good customer service. Free parking on a side if you come with your truck. Tech always available in the office, so if you have any questions it better to come with your truck to this location. ELD devices with differente cables always in stock. Thank you guys for support truck drivers.

As safety manager I am really frustrated with ELD application. Instead of coming at work and doing my job, I need to spend the whole day correcting errors and malfunctions of the application. Moreover, after 3/29/18 update I have to work afterhours to resolve technical issues each hour. Can you imagine 50 people calling you at the same time with the problem that can't be resolved? Every time I tried to call Customer Service their representatives are killing me with their unprofessional attitude. The company I work for is using ELD and we are doing our best to follow regulations. Everyone knows, that starting from April 1st DOT will be very strict about logbooks. Today is 3/31/18 and all of drivers have to stop each hour, because the application kicks them out of driving mode, when everything is connected and works properly. Don't tell me there are some technical problems, because previously everything worked. I understand everything, but when I call Technical Support and they know less about the application than I do, it's very frustrating. It's really hard to switch to a different company, but at the same time I am very tired to do someone else's job every day! At least hire professionals,who know their job instead of people , who are reading from the piece of paper and if you ask something unusual, they get lost.Thank you !

I’ve been looking for ELD for very long time with few criteria’s- must be affordable,simple to use and be supported with costumer service! Luckily they meet all of them and even extra! Highly recommended whether you have 1 Truck or 100+ they got you covered!
