Aby T, did an outstanding job in assiting me look up my account and explaiing the increase in my bill and why it went up. He also helped me save money with the Edge buyout promo and helped me get into the new LG G7. He took tthe time to show,me all the features on the phone, help me set up the apps and also help me register for the LG 2 year Promise. I will be def. recommending my co-workers and family to him, due to his expectional Customer Service.

Not a great experience due to lack of great service. It was slow and not in time, just in lack of interest and interactions. Called two other locations before I found a rep that was enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and ready to serve.

O am legally blind. Joseph and the staff was friendly and patient. He set me phone up and set my Bluetooth up. Joseph is one one the most thoughtful person I met. Highly recommended
