I went in looking for an inexpensive phone. They showed me a couple but both had bad customer reviews and I didn't want them. I wanted an exact replacement for the one I have now and I mentioned that a friend had suggested eBay. The man at the counter said that eBay is problematic. I asked why and he told me. Fair enough. Less than an hour later, I got a message from eBay saying that my newly opened account had been closed for fraud. Apparently, the scumbag at this verizon store reported me. I hadn't ever even used my account at all and I most certainly have not committed fraud! Just a mention of the competition and this psycho sets to work on you. Don't give them any of your private information!
