I’m a Tennessean 500 miles from home and I went out fishing with some friends needless to say my phone is somewhere in the ocean. Courtney was so patient and helpful! She went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. I am so thankful! Verizon Courtney needs a pay raise!!!!

Walked in an hour ago and waited 5 minutes for someone to even say hello - nothing. One person was stocking the shelves, another was with a customer ... two other customers walked in and still nothing - we all finally agreed the sales associates were not interested and left ... on the way out one associate said curtly "I'm with a customer" ... can't make this up... Cost them at least 2 phones and cases -
