Vermillion Systems did an excellent job on installing an 80" interactive monitor along with running power and adding computer connections to our conference room table. The installation was done professionally and timely; they worked around our schedule which I had to move to different dates a couple of times. The Vermillion Systems Rep. did a great job of communicating each step of the process. Our Extrusion plant now has a great conference room!

I had a system for about 4 1/2 years. I didn't really like the call center methods, they seemed unsecure and the people calling were rude most of the time. The system was rudementary and worked pretty well, whenever service was needed the techs were good and polite. I closed the business recently and left the alarm. Be careful if you sign with them, they sneak in that you are committing to 5 years monitoring, and they won't back down. Now I am paying for another 6 months I am not using, after being a good customer for 4.5 years. I think they are a bit greedy. Just read your contract (yes the words are so small you need a magnifying glass).
