On Sunday, September 08, 2019 I went into Video Only Lynnwood to purchase a new Samsung Television. David Buchanan was my sales rep and he went out of his way to help me make the purchase and get it delivered on the same day. Over the years I have purchased a number of televisions from Video Only and the main reason (besides the best price) is the excellent customer service! Thank you David.

Great deal great service! Craig helped me find the right tv for my space and for my budget he was kind and helpful. This service is why I have always bought TV's from them they also have Klipsch as well a nice surprise.

If you attempt to go into this store not wearing expensive looking clothes,driving a expensive car expect to be either ignored by the assorted knuckleheads standing around bragging to each other about the chick they banged the night before.If you do by some miracle manage to pry one of these frat boy dude bros away from their circle jerk you will be treated with abject contempt if you god forbid know what you want,these are the epitome of slimy commission salesman, their next career stop will be used cars

Knowledgeable employees. He recommended the best product in my price range and he was spot on. I tested multiple soundbars and came to the same conclusion. I like that they carry high quality products along with the base models so you can really get what you like.

Our sales rep was Jeff Friday he was vary helpful and an all around nice guy. It really makes a difference to have someone there helping you and guide you through all the different TVs. My wife and I could not be happier with the television and sound bar that we purchased.

Awesome selection, pricing and so helpful! I don't shop anywhere else for TV's because I haven't found anywhere that can beat them. I do some research online, seeing what products they offer and compare to online stores, and look at the difference between models and brands. And by being in a store, instead of online, you can see the difference for yourself!T are so helpful when you are trying to choose, the right one for you. Ask you what kind of room, lighting, and price you'd like to stay around. We were comparing 2 different brands, same size and the salesman told us what the only difference was between the two. The one that was $200 more, had just a slightly faster processor, or something like that, and he said it wasn't worth the extra money so we left with the cheaper of the two and are super happy! They have a great return policy and will also take your old TV, so you don't have to worry about disposal. I highly recommend them!

First things first--holy moly, the prices here really are *significantly* better than anywhere else I've seen. Definitely glad we decided to swing by.Many other reviews here have mentioned Dar--and with good reason. He's friendly, knowledgeable, and was a fantastic resource in educating us on our purchase. We'll purchase here again for sure.
