Tim the videographer did not know how to use the wireless microphones. He acted as if he was shooting an interview and told me he had it on tape yet no footage exists. Working with this company was an absolute nightmare. They charged my credit card $750 before I ever even saw an invoice. This was for one videographer in the field for half a day. It would've taken a professional who knew how to use his equipment much less time. Amateurs and con artists.

5 stars just is not enough for these guys! First off they have amazing customer service. I brought them 3 vhs tapes to turn into DVDs and copies they had them done by the end of the very same day. They are far cheaper and faster than any where else I called which quoted me 2 to 3 weeks . They went above an beyond to personalise the DVDs which was not expected at all. I don't think my husband has seen me cry in years but when I saw what they did I couldnt stop myself. Thank you everyone for such an awesome gift and beyond excellent customer service!!

Great professional friendly folk to provide a pleasing product to cherish. Thank you.
