Place is a joke. Has trouble getting mail in the right mail box. Constantly getting mail of neighbors, some two streets away. One time I saw an envelope i put on the outgoing mail box blowing down the street so they have problems getting mail from a mail box into the truck also. Slow, overpaid, zombie-like employees waiting around for retirement pensions. And Bernie wants to make post offices into banks!

I would give a minus star, if possible. Once I shared a concern about a possibility of lost mails, staff in the Fairfax post office laughed and said that that happened only in XXXXXX (a country in Central America--but I don't want to name it, because I think this is highly inappropriate). But SORRY it happens in Vienna. I struggle to get a document that they lost reissued for a month!

Mail delivery person claimed to have tried to deliver a package from Amazon but "needed signature or secure place". 1) I was physically present at home all afternoon. 2) I have a RING doorbell with a motion detector and a video recorder. Nobody was within 20 feet of my front door for an hour before or after the claimed delivery time. So I get an email notice to pick up package at PO. Tried to call to talk to Postmaster. System put me on hold and then hung up on me without any answer. Happened 5 times. Still haven't been able to talk to a real person.
