Kevin Rodgers is a stand up guy. From past experiences often when getting computers repaired you offered unnecessary items. lead to believe this will improve your PC health. not here Kevin is up front and Honest. no need to up sale you because he knows that you will return for all your technical problems......even though I don't ever understand his computer technology language he dumbs it down for me so that I do. thanks for all that you do.

I had an Apple iPad Pro and I had dropped it damaging the lightning port. I took it to the Apple store and they wanted $449 to fix the iPad. Kevin was able to fix it for $99 in ~24 hours. Anyone who saves me $350 and gets it back to me the next day gets 5 stars.

Awesome customer service! I thought something was wrong with my headphone jack on my laptop, I brought it in, and the dude fixed it right then and there, took like 30 seconds, and he didn't even charge me anything $$$ :) It turned out to be a little bead of silica gel that leaked in my backpack. Also they have a really nice waiting room area. If I have any other issues with my laptop I'll definitely come back!

This place is garbage. You would think after the third time of going to this place and being completely disappointed with the price and the production you would stop going there. My iPad has been there for 2 1/2 months and I still haven’t had a call back like he said he would. I would go in there to her three times a week just to have him tell me that is not done and I will call you when it is , you have to give me time. I constantly think about pressing charges on this place

Fantastic - quick and friendly. My iPhone 8 had just stopped working and would not hold a charge. They were able to replace the battery (with a life-time warranty) for $45 in minutes. A real tech gem in Front Royal!
