Crowded narrow isles disorganized and people putting product up blocking the whole isle during busy hours. Both bathrooms location were disgusting.

The people are very nice, customer service deserves 5 stars. However the substitutions given are not in customers favor. I have used Walmart grocery since they first started it in multiple towns across DFW and San Antonio... not a substitute complaint. The Terrell location does a terrible job. They substitute off brand for name brand, change flavor rather than quantity, and just all around I reject 99% of what they offer. Just disappointed at the substitute choices. When I asked they say it’s the system not a person that chooses. I am confused to why it’s so different since using this location.
