I’ve dealt with various shipping places in the last seven years. This location was the best and easiest to work with. I came in when the store was five minutes from closing, and Diana helped me out without a second thought. I just filled out a form. The start of the week, she called me to ask for payment for the shipping. I decided to go back again, and this time the young man who helped me was Jordan. The exact same level of service. Everything was quick and efficient. If you are from Saint Pete and want exceptional service, this is the place to go. 5 star all the way.

Drop off requesting Copies then Faxed. Gr8 Price Gr8 Service Free ♿ parking Computer Help Center While waiting rack booklets for each year. Stamps were 5 cents in my year. See rack in picture. Bought years my sons were born also 😝

Without question, the best Customer Service in this industry. I have been a customer of theirs for 8 years now with a mailbox as well as handling all of my mail/packing needs. This is a family run business and they give you the family run business treatment. They regularly go out of their way to make sure that you get what you need whether you're a one-time customer or a daily visitor. They keep Customer Service at the top of their "to do" list. The negative reviews you may see are completely unfounded. I have been in this store on multiple occasions when customers are being difficult or insisting on getting things for "free". Every time, the staff is polite but firm on their policies while still trying to be accommodating. This place is an example of how you HOPE a business is run.

Awful business manager woman. Tried to charge me to repack my very well packed box, complete with inches of memory foam and everything. Said they will insure it but not for damage. That is a SCAM.Went to the new 4th street one, no problems. 150 bucks spent somewhere else, and I won't spend another dime for you to sell me a different box. After looking at the review ratings here I am not surprised. I will make sure you don't get any business from us.

DONOT go to this store... very unhelpful manager.. as a consumer , UPS and this particular store pushed me around for a refund as my package was not delivered on time.while they have a big ups store logo on top of their store they claim that they are not a UPS store. I will make sure in the future I never go to the store even though it’s five minutes from where I live.

Terrible customer service, I called and told them I was going to be there right at closing time due to heavy traffic and the person I spoke with told me to just knock on the door since I was only doing a pick up. I knocked on the door and one of the workers made eye contact with me and continued to ignore me as if I hadn’t previously called.

Avoid this place. They charged $8 to print 4 sheets of paper. Insane! The owner is incredibly rude as well. I always drive out of my way to go to other locations.

They love to keep adding and adding charges up, go to the one downtown. Wayyyy better and cheaper
