I came in recently to ship out something to a family member But wasn’t sure on how to send it off and Catherine was very helpful & kindly offered to pack it for me! Also needed to print some documents out for a class project and they came out awesome! The staff is always going above and beyond!!

First time at this place the girl there was super busy one phone to each ear and she was super helpful! Helped was above and beyond I really appreciate her and the service she provided. Keep up the good work!

Very unproffesonal costumer service is on a call with her "bubba", and trying to talk to me at the same time. Can't understand whose she is talking to me or "bubba". Also tries to pull a stunt and ask me for an ID to return a product.. Id rate a half star.. Go the extra mile to the other UPS.. You will save so much time again very very poor sercice .....

I was a good customer and was treated like a regular joe at the time of termination. I gave them a 60 day notice (by the way they don’t give refunds) and ask for confirmation of my departure, I was told they don’t give nothing in writing if you don’t pay in 2 months they would consider the account closed. What is a 60 day notice? You know this shows on your credit, not right, bad business practice.
