I HIGHLY recommend Floyd Sheldon if you want to buy a home! Not only will he bend over backward to help you buy the home you want, and not only does he listen to you, he tries to understand, find something you’ll want and need, suggest something that may be better, or find an otherwise solution to your problem. He never points out a problem without also providing or looking up a solution. If he doesn’t know something, he’ll research or find someone who does know. Floyd will place you and your interest first. You’ll understand if you served in the military... mission and squad first!

Worse place ever rented from. Put me in a place unmaintainenced and not clean and it stunk really bad. Left me in the coldest part of the winter without heat for 16 days. Didnt even try to compensate. They lied, they were rude and negligent. Would never recommend them to anyone. Even the owner was rude and stood behind the rental group and their poor business ethics. Wouldn't trust the rental part or the real estate side.

Before I rented from them I heard so many bad things about them..I figured hey I'll give them a chance judge them myself well turns out everyone was right!!! I would not rent from these people. whoever is answering phones is hard to work with no answers ever when u need a repair they do fix it but not in a timely manner. when it came time to move out they pretty much charged me for stuff that was already in unacceptable condtion before I moved in. They kept my 1750 deposit...also if I was gonna rent my house out i would not go threw them they never once did a walk threw like they were supposed to do nor did they clean the house before I moved in found dog hair and dog toys under under the fridge baby toys in cabinets and black above the heaters screens were missing holes in walls carpets were filthy still had dog hair, stools were nasty they told me had to stay in the house bathrooms missing mirrors I paid to replace...hmm then u tell me 1750 for carpets and a mailbox key. Not to mention if I did have a deposit they were fixing to give it to my sister because I wasn't in town seriously no joke lol..whatever I'm over it but everyone was right do NOT rent from them.

Great oversight of property that keeps track of what needs fixing. Willing to communicate primarily via email according to my preference. Great bookkeeping and reporting in timely manner for taxes. They know how to take care of things!

We have worked with Windermere for 14 years. They do an excellent job of balancing the care of homeowner's properties and the tenants of those properties. The business of owning a rental is always risky, but the exceptional staff on both the property management and realtor side of the business provide the confidence that we made the right decision in this investment. They have always ensured our requests are answered in a timely manner and have readily provided the resources we need to manage our investment.

We read our contract and knew there was a clause about a homeowner could sell the house we were renting and we would have to move if sold. However we did not expect it to happen after living in the place for merely 4 months.If something breaks they will fix it but be aware of that clause as you could end up S.O.L.

I rented from Windermere for year and had a great experience, no problems when I moved out, was given the full deposit back with no issues at all. I highly recommend them.
