Feedback:

Very quick response times with friendly Local service. Based in south central PA, WorkXpress was an excellent company to deal with. They actually talk to you, instead of reading from scripts-a very refreshing change from other companies I’ve dealt with! Every single time I reach out to them I get someone who understands what I’m asking for and they go above and beyond to help get me exactly what I need. I definitely recommend them for any size custom software need!

If you are in the market for a custom software, this is the place to have it done. I wanted to build a completely custom CRM type solution that also managed my office operations. After interviewing everyone under the sun, I decided to pay slightly more to work with a company who's staff spoke English as I felt that would be far easier to deal with. I was not wrong, from start to finish, my experience was great, the final product is amazing and I had had few service issues throughout the last 3 years I have been using my new software. I highly recommend WorkXPress for this reasons.

Would give it 0 stars if I could. We used them for a project. Told us that it could be done. We paid them $25,000. We get to near the end of the project and the product did not work. They could not fix the product. So we were at a stand still. I walked away throwing away the money and then they threatened to file a lawsuit against us because we did not continue to pay them. Terrible company in my opinion.

Do not waste your time. Slow. Overpriced. Every feature they wanted to charge for is available for free on Shopify. I asked for a webapp, an eCommerce website, and it's out of their league. They failed miserably when it came to developing the front end. Back end was okay but very expensive compared to other platforms, such as Shopify. I paid $20k out of $28k upfront, abandoned the project 20% in. Asked for a refund, and they refused. Hated the experience. Never again.

I have been working closely with WorkXpress since late January, 2016, and in that time, my company's project has come from a somewhat nebulous concept to a fully-designed product which will be able to hit the ground running once development has been completed. WorkXpress has a great design process which emphasizes transforming a conceptual product into a workable minimum viable product. Their consultation and design can move forward very quickly, allowing for rapid prototyping and development of a functional product. With competitive pricing and industry experience, WorkXpress has been a pleasure to work with thus far, and give every indication that our project will move forward quickly once fully funded. The only real negative I have is the automated portal they use for project management and billing. Its design is dated, and it does not always reflect the reality of project progress or billing. Additionally, it seems to be entirely inflexible regarding dates, even when conversation with the sales team indicates more flexibility. As a start-up operation with somewhat sporadic funding, the automated system's approach to billing deadlines introduces a bit of undue stress when it sends out warnings and alarms indicating project cancellation or price increase when payments are delayed (when these delays are communicated to the sales team).

I have been working with these guys for two years now. I can honestly say they make every effort to deliver the product you want for the price you agree on.The system they use to schedule and capture request has been very helpful for me to clearly relay my ideas on the direction of my application. I cant say enough about how great WorkXpress is. I had been looking for the right developer to build an extensive business management application for around a year when I ran into workXpress. Most of the other options I had researched were located overseas, which gave me little confidence that I would not have to spell out every word to make sure the development went as planned, so when I came across workxpress, located in Pennsylvania, I thought, if they can get it done within budget, that would be the way to go.I did some due diligence before making the commitment and found their company to have a stellar reputation, and once I spoke with Dave, in sales, I was confident in their ability to produce a solid final product so I signed up.After flying up to visit their offices and produce my design document with my highly talented and driven consultant; Jamison, it took around 30 days for them to produce the rough draft of my software, from day 1 it was impressive, but after the next 2 rounds of revisions, with my developer, Don, I was blown away with not only the functionality, but the overall look and feel of the application. I was so inspired that I even decided to jump right into the new list of "nice to have" features that I had developed in the meantime.To say that I am happy with my choice would be the understatement of the year, for this reason, it is without hesitation that I would recommend them for your customer application development.Chris N.President, Venetian Builders Inc.

When I needed slick-looking graphics, combined with an easy-to-use, user-friendly interface & software platform, WorkXpress delivered both and far exceeded my expectations. They assigned a program manager to my project which made it easy to communicate my concepts and ideas and received invaluable feedback, many times with even more improvements and simplification suggestions. The WorkXpress people are EXCELLENT listeners, polite, orhanized, and very patient. Other software develop firms (in my experience) are too quick to assume they fully understand what you're trying to create but WorkXpress "gets it right" the first time. They estimate delivery time of software projects and if they are going to be late, you get advance notice with a liveable date. I'm confident WorkXpress is my software technology partner that can help grow my new venture.It's like having another interested partner but without dealing them equity...they care that much! I have gone back to them several times to develop new features and each time they quote a reasonable price and make good on the deliver time. You can't go wrong with WorkXpress.

SERVOLIFT LLC is a leading supplier of Material Handling and Process equipment to the Pharmaceutical Industry. In 2006, we realized we needed to combine all of our disconnected data (excel, access, paper files,.. ) into one company-wide application. We could not find an out of the box solution.Using the WorkXpress tools, I personally developed the application that handles most aspects of our business including Quoting (beautifully formatted PDF's with pictures of our products emailed directly from the software in just a few clicks), Project Management, BOM, Scheduling, Purchasing, Shipping/Receiving, Customer order entry, Inventory, Commissions, Employee Training, PTO Management, Quality Control, custom reports .....and so much more. The robust automation and ease of use are simply amazing! I continue to find new ways to use the software to improve efficiency and boost the performance of our employees.In the time we have been using WorkXpress, our company has more than doubled in size and the software has helped us manage that.Regarding support - WorkXpress is outstanding. They respond quickly and even after hours and weekends if critical.After 9 years of using WorkXpress I don't see any cons. The system is amazing.
