This might seem to be an overly biased review as I have quite a lot of connections with YesCanDo Property. But, I really wanted to leave a short message here to encourage potential home sellers and buyers to check out their Facebook reviews and feedback. These guys are literally resetting the bar when it comes to quality and levels of service within the Estate Agent Industry. They perfectly compliment the whole YesCanDo ethos and Culture of putting the customer first EVERY time. Here are some words that describe them and the service you will receive...efficient, capable, communicative, friendly, truthful, helpful, hard working, on fire, enthusiastic, realists, problem solvers, energetic, fun, professional...the list goes on. They made us feel like we were their only priority. They dug deep when things got tough. They genuinely loved our house which I am sure really helped a quick sale as their energy and enthusiasm was infectious. If you want to sell a property then I can wholeheartedly recommend YesCanDo. I have just sold my flat through them and the whole process from start to finish has been incredibly quick and efficient.They put my property on the market and within the first few days there had been multiple viewings and offers being made. I accepted an offer at the price that I was after roughly a week after the whole process started.All my needs were looked after including down to helping me with solicitors and working the sale through to completion in a timely manner.Simple, efficient, YesCanDo!
