This place is horrible! I called to track a package dude gave me attitude like I don't know where his store is located.

I have no objections when somebody is trying to make a profit in their business. But to charge $3 to print out a single page of a return label for Amazon returns is ridiculous. I have the label on my phone, and I asked you a favor to print it out for me. You said no problem. Just like other UPS stores have done. But you want three bucks to print out something that probably cost you approximately $0.04 in paper and ink. That's BS. Goodbye, and you won't have my business in the future

Best UPS store ever! They treat me like a valuable customer every time and I get excellent service with a smile even! How many businesses can you say that about now a days?!Please if you are going to write a review make sure you're writing about the right location...this is the one that is in the same shopping center as Lowes and Jamba Juice is next door. Tami, Nick, and Young you're all awesome!
