I worked here out of college. They NEVER did what they said they would do, which was get experience on a sound board. The owners are very stingy and I'm not the only person who's worked forthem and feel this way.

I rented several times from them in 2018 without a problem, but that was always by phone. On a Monday I reserved 3 active speakers using their online rental website. I added each speaker to my rental cart, selected "Pay on pickup", chose the date of rental (2 days later) and submitted my request. I received an email confirmation with order number. So far so good.When I arrived Wednesday morning to pick up my gear I was told there was no order in my name, and that they don't have the items I reserved in the warehouse. I showed the rep my email confirmation but she said she wasn't in Monday so she never entered the order into their system. She also told me their website doesn't actually reflect current inventory and that reserving doesn't guarantee availability. This reminded me of the Seinfeld episode regarding auto rental!To their credit I was told they could substitute a passive sub and amp instead of an active sub, but that cabinet was way too large to fit in my car. Their attempt to make it right, such as it was, earned 2 stars.I scrambled to find gear elsewhere, fortunately a nearby competitor had speakers in stock, the rental was a bit cheaper, and I backed right up to their warehouse where a worker loaded the speakers into my car. When I walked back into the Zeo Bros office to tell them to cancel my unfilled order they were upset because they had already wheeled out the huge passive speaker. The rep had also printed and showed me a disclaimer from their website which stated "This is only a quote request. Submitting this information does not guarantee that the equipment you have requested is available." -- I'll be honest, I didn't notice that fine print, BUT the reservation system totally led me to believe that the speakers were available and reserved for me...right down to an email confirmation with order number!I will not go back to Zeo Brothers. If you continue to rent from them make sure you call them. DO NOT use their online rental system.
