Crappy, crappy, crappy customer service. I've placed four trouble calls within the past two weeks and still have no resolution whatsoever. No call backs as promised from the Customer Service Reps who said technicians would call me back. Piss-poor product and piss-poor customer service. I'd appreciate it if someone would reach out to me from this organization to get the software problem resolved.

I am very disappointed with Zip Logix, their customer service agents that I have spoken with are horrible and rude!!! Customer service agents that you can not understand when they speak and do not understand real estate agents' needs, cause they are not real estate agents. I miss working with DotLoop. Zip Logix should create an internal board of Real Estate Agents that are currently using their services, I would be more than happy to be on that board and help.
