Feedback:
They ran my card for renewal BEFORE the invoice date. Then, refused to refund. I asked to cancel the service, and was told that renewals could only be cancelled 5 days before the renewal date. STAY AWAY!!!UPDATE: After I had to contact the Better Business Bureau, they decided to cancel my account and proceed with the refund. Upgrading review from 1 to 3 stars for finally doing the right thing, but it shouldn’t have gone that far.
