Client Review on Jones Insurance Group

Feedback:

The agent who was handling our account left the Jones Group. We were never informed of that and have not been informed about who our new account agent is, if there even is one. I just spent about 30 minutes on the phone with Nationwide cancelling our policy. Shouldn't that be the agency's job? Also - when I call the agency all I get is Nationwide's main phone line. How is anyone able to speak to a live person at the agency?I am writing this five months after my last review. Someone named Lindsey Bass who says he or she is from the agency responded about two weeks ago. He or she asked that I call him or her but didn't leave a number to call - even after I stated in my original review that when I call the agency number all I get is Nationwide's main phone number!
