It's a mixed bag. Sometime the service is great. Sometimes you call in and get someone who doesn't know what they're doing. For instance, in the past I've called in to change how calls were redirected. They made that change, but in doing so screwed up other settings that took multiple calls to fix. This has happened more than once. So overall I would say satisfied, but not overly excited about referring.
