Client Review on Scott Williams Design

Started out good....and I’ve used them since I purchased my home 2 years ago... credit is good enough to buy a home but not set up an account?...weird but fine so I always paid up front before the drop off. Then I went on vacation and came back to a low tank and ran out of oil lastnight(Tuesday)...doesn’t matter they won’t even help you out and drop 100gallons off and set up a payment for Friday....instead I have to make a payment Friday and wait for it to process which takes a full day even if you are out of oil you will be stuck till Monday... ultimately it’s my fault because the tank went so low but after 2 years of return service you would hope for some kind of recognition as a returning customer that ran out of oil that is in need of some help just for acouple days. So the search for a new company begins and I hope this review helps someone
